Downtown Bend’s Oxford Hotel revives its newest street-level restaurant, Roam, by making dynamic changes to the menu and ambiance as well as bringing a new Executive Chef to the team. New to Bend, Executive Chef Bryant Kryck began his career 7 years ago after serving as a US Army Military Police Veteran and has built an extensive and impressive repertoire in culinary management since. Bryant’s culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu prepared him for the competitive real world, where he fine-tuned his skills through a vast array of experiences. Starting in his hometown of Portland, Oregon, Chef Bryant began his journey as Executive Chef at the Hi-Lo Hotel before moving on to open and re-conc
