This project will upgrade the contiguous properties at 630, 640, & 800 Cesar Chavez, turning them into an electric vehicle service center and charging facility.
Cruise will also upgrade buildings, sidewalk frontage and landscaping for the betterment of the neighborhood with an emphasis on accessibility and pedestrian + bike safety while being mindful of the proposed Blue Greenway nearby.
