Amicus Curiae, is a law firm based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We combine a group of Barristers and Advocates and provide a wide range of legal services in Corporate, Commercial, Company, Civil and Criminal matters. We also conduct litigations in various District Courts and at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. We undertake pro bono works in the area of family matters, domestic violence, human rights issues and assist several charitable associations.
We conduct litigation in all types of Civil and Criminal matters in the District Courts and in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh including petitions for title and money suit, bail, quashment, etc. We also file petitions challenging the legality of government orders under Writ jurisdiction.
We review Banking & Financing related matters, government sanctions and regulations, review of loan disbursements, land documents review and search reports, actions and opinions on all types of payment instruments and foreign exchange transactions.
