Dr. David Guelich was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and raised in Park City, Utah. After graduating with honors from the University of Utah, he received his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University School of Medicine and furthered his training at the prestigious Baylor Sports Medicine Institute in Houston, Texas.
