Abstract Fees are time based. If you do not know the last time the abstract was updated we will estimate for a complete abstract to the seller or the responsible party according to the contract.
Adams Abstract is proud to support our Veteran’s by not charging a consumation fee on a refinance. We will follow the terms of the sales contract on a purchase as to the charges.
