Welcome to the official website of the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations!

The main goal of our academy is to train young specialists who acquire scientific knowledge and research skills, are sensitive to society-individual relations, and are ready for life as professional personnel.  Keeping up with the modern world and responding to changing demands requires young people to be world-viewing, knowledgeable and capable, as well as making it important to improve their individual qualities and work in a collective spirit.

Our academy is not limited to providing only formal knowledge.  The student spends 4 years of his youth here.  During this period, many informal knowledge and habits are acquired.  That's why we treat this area with sensitivity.  It is very important that we have relationships with parents in this business.  It has become a tradition to hold meetings with them not only through communication, but several times a year, which in turn greatly helps our common work.
