Dajania was a bay Koheylah Dajaniyah. She was born in 1976 in the desert. The Blunts acquired her in Aleppo, Syria in 1977 for their Crabbet Park Stud in England where she arrived in July 1978 among five other purchased desert bred Arabians. At Crabbet Park Dajania who was also called 'Jasmine' or 'Lady Hestor' gave birth to three colts (two by Kars, one by Faris) and two fillies (by Hadban and Maidan respectively).
