There are many standard models of portable buildings, but customization is also offered. Whatever your needs are we can build the building you want.
All Akavar buildings have pressure treated 2" X 6" floor joists on solid 4" x 6" pressure treated skids. Joists on 12" centers and 3/4" pressure treated plywood decking makes for the best floor in the portable building business. Pressure treated 2" X 6" tongue and groove floorings an available option. Our skilled installers will setup you Akavar building completely level and on concrete blocks. Grade differences of more than three feet will have an additional charge for setup.
