Located in Juneau Alaska we use only Wild Alaskan Seafood caught and processed fresh here in Alaska. The Alaska Seafood Company was first in Alaska to take advantage of the new “retort pouch” technology. Retort pouch “soft can” technology is basically a soft flexible flat can technology. Because of this, we are able to make shelf-stable, whole smoked salmon fillets or portions. We also offer boneless smoked and unsmoked Wild Alaskan Salmon and Halibut hand-packed in traditional cans. Additionally, Frozen/Fresh products are available and include a line of unsmoked, hot-smoked, and cold-smoked salmon and halibut portions.
Alaska Seafood Company uses the finest Wild Alaskan Seafood from the Pristine Glacier Fed Waters of Alaska. Unlike other facilities, we do NOT use farmed fish or fish that was not born Wild in Alaskan Waters. Also, our Seafood is rich in Omega-3 oils, proteins, low in saturated fats, and contain no trans fats. First we carefully hand fillet each fish to 2-person serving size, approximately 3/4 lbs each.
