In 2011, Alexis Lontos enrolled in Graduate Studies at King’s College of London , UK, where he studied Composition under Silvina Milstein, Alexander Goehr ’s student, a musical lineage that goes all the way back to Ludwig van Beethoven. In 2012 Alexis decided to return back to his homeland, Cyprus. During this time, he was very interested in contributing to children’s introduction and education in classical forms, introducing his works – “Small Sweet So-Konatines for young musicians” – through a series of mini live concerts.
