Description: The Algoma Youth Wellness Hub is a "one-stop shop" for youth ages 12-25 to address their needs related to mental health, substance use, primary care, education, employment, training, housing, and other community and social services. These hubs will also include peer services, outreach, and system navigation services. Services will emphasize quality and will be timely, integrated, and co-located.

WHO ARE WE? The Northern Outlet is a safe, in-person, and virtual space for youth 13 to 18 in the Algoma District to participate in fun activities, check out what is happening locally, and learn about available resources.
