6 great furnished rooms to rent available for post secondary students. Our large single family home is on a big lot located 2 blocks south of Algonquin College, on a quiet side street. Ideal location for a student without a car, 200 meters to a bus stop and 600 meters to the Baseline bus Transitway station. The College Square shopping center is nearby, a 10 minute walking distance.
Ideal location for Algonquin college students, a 6 minute walk to B building, or 2-3 minutes ride on one of our bicycles. Enjoy coming home between classes and for lunch. Avoid standing in the cold waiting for a bus! For other students, our location very close to a transitway station is very convenient, es[ecially for University of Ottawa students.
Our kitchen will please anyone who wishes to prepare their own meals. It is fully equipped with all common appliances and complete set of cookware. We have two fridges for plenty of capacity. We require every tenant to wash, dry and put away dishes after every meal preparation, so the kitchen is always clean and inviting. You should never need to do anyone else's dishes.
