Just had Todd over to tune a 1985 Yamaha baby grand (G1) that I grew up on, it was just moved to our house from my parents' a few days ago. The piano hadn't been used or tuned in over 6 years, ever since I ran off to college ... Todd is punctual, extremely thorough, and knowledgable. He asks useful questions and provides a customized plan of action so that all parties are happy (including the piano).
