I have been painting for a few years and love it. Many people ask “Why I do art” and most people would say to express themselves, but I see and create art in a different way. Here is my answer:
“Have you ever thought about the process of art and how fascinating it is. Every time the pastel stick hits the paper with every stroke it builds up the story but then it doesn’t look or feel how you want it to. It’s a powerful feeling of do I give up and start again or do I keep going and finish it. Sometimes I have to remind myself to keep pushing through the challenge and I gain an incredible sense of accomplishment when I pursue to the end of a painting and are excited and even anxious with how it will
