COVID-19 Update: At the moment I am able to provide both in office and Telehealth sessions. I am following both CDC and WA State regulations. Clients will need to sign a consent form before entering my office space. Masks, vaccines and booster shots are required to enter my office. I may have to return to only providing Telehealth sessions if WA state changes its regulations/recommendations due to increase in COVID-19 cases.
I spent twenty four years as a public speaker, teacher and community advocate. I have turned my gifts of empathy, listening, creativity and humor to sitting with people and listing to their stories in a therapeutic setting. I work with individuals, adolescents, adults, couples and families of all ethnicities, gender, gender identity/ies, sexual orientation, life and religious/spiritual beliefs. My job is to sit with you and listen without judgement. Together we will create goals and discern the paths
