We’re a licensed and Medi-Cal certified community-based program providing our San Diego senior adult day care community a variety of health, therapeutic, and social services to medically, socially, or psychologically eligible adults since 2002. Specializing in social, individualized and empathic care, we serv e 135 participants daily—complementing the care received at home.
Our skilled Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) consists of: nursing department, medical director, social services department, physical therapist, occupation therapist, activity director, psychologist, registered dietitian, and a speech therapist. Our passionate team works to meet your individual plan of care. Our person-centered approach focuses on providing holistic care: mind, body, and spirit.
