I am Amy Goodman, S.E.A , a Sculptor and Portrait Artist based at Project Workshops in Hampshire. So far in my career, I have sculpted notable public commissions, including the Romsey War Horse , Gurkha Memorial , Florence Nightingale , Sir Stirling Moss OBE , the Arborfield Horses , Pegasus & Bellerophon for the 16 Air Assault Brigade, the Aldershot Airborne Soldier , and the brave military dog, Treo 63DM . I also love sculpting horses and wildlife.
It’s so thrilling to be able to share that my sculptures of two incredible music icons, Sir Mick Jagger and Keith Richards of the Rolling Stones have just been unveiled at One Bell Corner in Dartford. Such an honour and privilege. Commissioned by Dartford Borough Council, and funded by Bellway Homes, these Dartford boys are titled 'The Glimmer Twins'.
I really wanted to capture their energy, mid performance in the 1980s. Mick Jagger strutting, whilst Keith is absorbed in his guitar: his famous ‘ Micawber ’ Telecaster.
