About Anastacia Anastacia Drake is an artistic adventurer. She began her career as an artist in her late twenties and went on to win several awards, artist residencies, and fellowships worldwide. Her mission is to bring beauty and inspiration into the world.
After suffering a few injuries she began her journey with yoga. As she began to heal her own body, she went down the rabbit hole of yoga and therapy. The more she worked with clients and watched how mobility and yoga could transform people's lives, the deeper she dove. She is now not only an artist, but also a therapeutic yoga specialist with concentration in mobility and pelvic floor.
