Before joining WNYC, I was the Vice President of Network Development at Vox Media , and the General Manager of Vox . Before that, I worked and learned at other media organizations like The Atlantic and FRONTLINE , and founded the beloved but ill-fated social media startup This .
I care about big, earnest things like democracy, attention, and institutions. But I try not to be too annoying about it.
