T he Full Circle actually started for me in about 1996-98. when Costco, who used to sell a generic brand of smokes referred to as Bonus Value in Alaska where I lived at the time, stopped selling them. These, though a heavily discounted brand, were among the finest cigarettes I had ever smoked and a lot less expensive than Marlboros. Although I had no need to shop for Cheap , I found them to be much better than any brand name cigarette I had ever tried including, of course, Marlboros.
