“The Brave” is a musical ballad inspired by the true story of a deployed soldier who, after emailing with his wife in real-time, was suddenly killed while on tour in Iraq. One moment, everything was fine — and then suddenly, nothing would ever be the same. This is the journey of one widow and her family.
We agree that the sacrifices of military men and women need to be honored and appreciated. We feel that with world-class talents and the additional wide-reach fanbase, “The Brave” could greatly benefit veterans and their families — both emotionally, and financially. We believe in the power of this music to inspire catharsis in those who have served and gratitude for them in the hearts of those who hear it.
