We have been organizing for 20 years around anti-black systemic racism, accountable to to Black communities and practitioners, adhering to the anti-racist principles set forth by the Peoples’ Institute for Survival and Beyond. The AntiRacist Alliance is part of the movement for racial equity and justice. We are anti-racist practitioners, organizers and leaders taking action in collectives of human service practitioners and educators with clear and deliberate anti-racist structural power analysis to professional and local communities in the Northeast.
We work to undo structural racism from a common analysis or understanding as presented by the People's Institute for Survival and Beyond in the Undoing Racism Workshop. The People's Institute is recognized as one of the foremost anti-racism training and organizing institutions in the nation.
