ISI indexed proceedings will be published by SPIE and selected papers can be submitted for publication on a special issue of the MDPI Journal PHOTONICS . Revised versions of the manuscripts published at the AOP2019 proceedings book are also eligible to be submitted for publication at the OPA journal
