Development and support of the AppControls/DiskControls has been discontinued and author has no further plans on it (because completely switched from Delphi and even from Windows to the web programming).
However, the most components of packages still perfectly works on Windows 10 and on the fresh Delphi versions, including Delphi 10.3 Rio. But now you will always need to have the source code for your project. No pre-compiled packages distributed anymore.
