Toxicology is the scientific study of the adverse effects of chemical, physical or biological agents on people, animals, and the environment. The purpose of The Asian Society of Toxicology (ASIATOX) shall be to foster scientific co-operation among Asian countries and promote progress in toxicological sciences in the region, in particular by sponsoring “The International Congress of ASIATOX”.
