The question most people want answered is 'How Much?' - I charge £40 for the first Hour and £30 for each subsequent hour. I don't charge VAT and I don't charge travel time, call-out or diagnosis fees. If you call me out to look at something, I'll investigate the problem, tell you what is wrong and how much it is likely to cost. I'll even tell you how to fix it yourself if you want (unless it is a gas appliance - I'd get into trouble if I did that). This will cost you absolutely nothing.
