I work to help clients gain balance and contentment in their lives. We put a great deal of pressure on ourselves each day. I want to help you prioritize aspects of your life, encourage you to change things that cause you strife and help you to fully appreciate your blessings while upholding the duties of what you have been called to do in your life.
Individual, couples and family sessions are available. I work with couples to address conflicts within their relationship and also offer a marriage enrichment program. I work with individuals in overcoming childhood trauma, and work with those adjusting to new life situations. In addition I have experience in the areas of addiction, trauma, dual diagnosis and behavior management.
As a corporate facilitator I work with companies to address diverse personalities in the workplace. I offer training in conflict resolution and a program designed to build on the strengths of employees in order to encourage productivity.
