…we are proud to share with you that we are donating a record amount of €650,000 euros to 43 charities and the Bazar’s Emergency Relief Fund this year.
Last year, we selected 43 projects to support, of which 4 are in Luxembourg and 39 on different continents. They are very diverse in nature: medical support, reintegration of young and vulnerable people, education of indigenous women, psychological support for children that have fallen victim to sexual abuse or forced marriage, help for families with seriously ill children. The list is versatile, and every project means a lot to us.
We have also made a big donation to our Emergency Relief Fund which is becoming more important every year as natural disasters take place more and more frequently. This fund allows for ad hoc support of victims of emergencies and natural disasters around the world quickly and effectively.
