With expected completion of Phase I in April 2018, the Blackhawk apartments will offer 124 living units consisting of 5 different 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans located within 4 individual buildings. A full service clubhouse with offices, conference room, community room, swimming pool, and a workout center will complete the Phase I scope.
BCS Design, Inc. created a full master plan for Phase II scope which will include an additional 3 buildings and 108 additional 1 and 2 bedroom units.
