They were extremely communicative and updated me as often as they could. Luckily, I was able to rearrange my day and keep the appointment. The main reason I needed a cleaning was due to a few pet accidents I couldn't remove, so I paid extra for the pet treatment. The stains are gone and the carpet appears to be clean, but I can still smell the stain
