Based out of St. Augustine, Florida, Whetstone has been building chocolate machines since 1979. Starting with our first machine, a nut cluster depositor, we have taken great steps to ensure that our name remains a respected and trusted one in the industry. We have collaborated with the largest worldwide chocolate manufacturers to make highly difficult and complex chocolate articles. There are hundreds of our machines operating in over 40 countries worldwide.
We can design custom equipment to manufacture unique products. We model systems using SolidWorks 3D software and transfer models directly into CAM systems for CNC milling, turning, laser cutting and bending. We supplement our in-house CNC capabilities by working closely with outside machining, fabricating, extruding and plastics vendors. We have extensive robotic and servo application experience and can integrate other manufacturer’s equipment into a “turn key” solution, often designing and manufacturing
