Welcome to this gallery of paintings by contemporary Tasmanian artist Bec Watson. Bec's style and method of painting is unique. She draws from life for her subject, painting people in activity, as well as, deer, owls and animals in general. But it is not necessarily this that is key to her inspiration, but rather her desire to allow the subconscious and right brain more freedom to decide on the final placement of paint and colour- ultimately the outcome of form.
