They were there on time, the serviceman was professional and kind, and they picked up my car without any damage or hassle. They accept card or cash. Ted was great. He is a self-made business owner and since he owns his own trucks there is no paying the middle man or extra fees, so the price is very competitive. I paid $90 (credit card) to tow my car about 20 minutes, which I found to be extremely reasonable.
