I went in looking for a new vacuum. I have a large shedding dog and the salesman had a yellow lab with him very similar to my dog. He showed me a few different models by using his own dogs hair on the carpets and I was excited to purchase the model he suggested. Even picked up a new canister to go with my upright. Bill is a very knowledgeable and customer oriented person. Great to have that personal attention when I had no clue what to get.
