Welcome: As Chairman of Berkhamsted Film Society I would like to tell you a little about who we are and what we do. We are an active and friendly society with around 200 members. We meet in the Civic Centre, Berkhamsted and screen about 17 films a season. Most of the films are screened for two nights running to give people a greater opportunity to come along.
We start the season with a welcoming glass of wine and at Christmas celebrate with wine and mince pies. We finish each season with a Film Party where members have a chance to enjoy light refreshments with a film, and a Film Quiz or similar entertainment afterwards.
