Through the application of tightly curated details and a palette of colors and finishes that infuse the clients’ vibrant and sophisticated style, the apartment was transformed into a welcoming and modern loft befitting the chic neighborhood. A three story tall ribbon of blackened steel forms the spine of a sculptural stair that anchors and unifies the apartment.
