The aim of this initiative is for the short time to inventarize the voting rights which fully support the German SdK Initiative. Secondly in case after delisting of shares substantially different voting rights, could be proven, there is no doubt that big claims against organizing bondholders / hedgefunds would have a very strong legal basis.
Goals: 1. Get more insight in ownership of voting rights of Steinhoff International Holding. 2. Detect whether Steinhoff Stock was/is manipulated down over naked shortselling schemes (we are very much convinced of that). 3.
