Description: Our housing facility will provide transitional housing for individuals who are living with chronic illnesses, including HIV. We will offer specialized support services to housing clients to ensure their access and continue linkage to medical care, employment services, group therapy and other supportive programs.

" My oldest sister passed away in 2006 from complications of AIDS. She was 34 years old with two beautiful healthy children. Our family found out that she was living with this disease when she had developed brain cancer and had only six months to live. It was truly life changing for me. The virus had taken a noticeable toll on her body. Some of her closest friends disappeared during her time of need.
