Your Birth, Your Way™ childbirth preparation classes are dynamic. If you are looking for a group class that is mostly lecture, this is not the one for you! My unique classroom atmosphere allows for plenty of discussion, hands-on practice and exploration of your own values. I keep my classes small enough for individual attention with an average of 4-8 couples. You will be challenged, inspired and motivated as you prepare for birth.
