The spaces can be adjoined side by side or in a tandem orientation for pull through for trucks and deliveries. The clear height is 18' off the concrete slabs.
Concrete stem walls around the perimeter make for durability. Slabs are slightly sloped for easy wash out. Each space will have a man door (3'x8") as well as a 5' x 5' window and a 16 x 14' overhead door.
The building has 3 phase power and each suite will have substantial power. There is parking in front of each unit. Additionally, extra parking is available on site, fees may apply.
