We are the Business Leadership Council The Business Leadership Council (BLC) builds bridges in every arena to attain a strong foundation for business growth and development within the Black community. Power . Harnessing the power of today’s Black business leaders to build the next gen of Chicago’s business leaders. We are Chicago’s premier Black business organization, representing Black business leaders and entrepreneurs in positions of influence across the spectrum of corporate and civic leadership.
The Business Leadership Council builds bridges in every arena as a strong foundation for business growth and development within the Black community. We are a values-driven organization, committed to making a positive impact on our communities.
The mentor and protege paradigm needs to be reimagined by having Black companies participate as primes and mentor emerging Black companies as proteges.
