Cancellation Policy • Please note that a 24 hour notice period is required for all cancellations otherwise 50% of the total treatment price will be charged. • We reserve the right to take a non-refundable deposit for long appointments or at busy times. • A 25% deposit will be taken for all packages at the time of booking. • Please allow 15 minutes prior to and post-treatment for consultation and relaxation.
