Bangladesh National Federation of the Deaf (BNFD) is the oldest Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) in Bangladesh. It is the mother of associations of the Deaf in Bangladesh. It was established on 25 December 1963 and targeted Deaf people to be self-reliant through education, training and skill development. It is a member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD).
