Bobby’s first new single with Crystal Smith and Chris Richardson marks the beginning of the FlOwUpTuOuS album!
After losing some dear friends to suicide, Bobby began to write this song as a comfort to anyone struggling with these sorts of feelings. Crystal and Bobby hunted for the right voices to fill the comforting texture of “Cover You” for over a year. It truly turned into a soul-funk ensemble piece and a natural outgrowth from the previous “ Green Tea R&B ” project.
