Body Dimensions was founded by Pam Henline in May of 2003. Pam started the business in the hope of providing a private one on one training facility. Before the end of June, between 45-50 clients were being served and Body Dimensions has continued to have great success and growth.
Body Dimensions was the fitness link within a grouping of spa service businesses which existed for 4 1/2 years. In February 2008 the business moved to its present, more private location.
Our goal is to provide a place, that no matter your size, age or fitness level, you will feel comfortable working out with our trainers!
