Welcome to Boychuk Consulting. My name is Stan Boychuk, and I have worked and lived for the past 30 years in the Yukon and on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. During that time I have gained an understanding and appreciation of First Nation culture, relationship to the land and the importance of living in balance and harmony with place. I have worked in both the public and private sectors, and, from 2002 – 2007, was the Executive Director of the Clayoquot Sound UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
I have engaged with organizations in promoting sustainability in the areas of energy and electricity conservation, international development, First Nations Relations/Consultation and organizational development and behaviour. I worked with UNESCO Paris to facilitate the signing of a trilateral agreement for the West Poliskie Transboundary Biophere Reserve between Ukraine, Belarus and Poland. I have worked with the First Nations Environmental Assessmental Technical Working Group to develop a strategic plan o
I have facilitated the Split Incentive Working Group, as a part of an on-going contract with BC Hydro Power’s Smart Program. I work with organizations to create meaningful relations with a special emphasis on First Nation communities, and to create substantive transformational change, providing avenues for creating success in current and emerging markets.
