In 2013, Coach Cimo asked his players to commit themselves to something more than just playing a baseball game. He wanted them to think about something bigger than themselves. Being touched by cancer in his own family, he desired something honoring this fight and so through his leadership and the hard work of several parents, lead by Laura Rabren, BPPAC was created.
Joe Beckwith (former AHS, AU and MLB player) will be our honoree and throw out the opening pitch. All cancer survivors that players have played in honor of over the past 7 years will be invited to join us on the field at this year's ceremony
