Breezeway Barns & Garden is a new, unique and welcoming place for hosting private and community events rooted in the history and culture of the Genesee Valley. Our location is conveniently located between Buffalo and Rochester, New York thirty minutes south of the NYS Thruway at Batavia, just under three hours from Toronto.
To create Breezeway, two Wells barns have been relocated from their original sites and rebuilt from foundation to roof to provide easy accessibility, comfort and conveniences with warmth and character.
