PETER J. SCHAFFER has been a practicing trial lawyer in the Bronx since 1987. Since that time, he has represented thousands of individuals accused of a wide range of crimes, including Driving While Intoxicated (“DWI”) and Driving While Ability Impaired (“DWAI”).
