As the Executive Director of the Big Sky Athletic Training Sports Medicine Conference , I have decided to change the name of our event to the Big Sky Sports Medicine Conference . This decision was not taken lightly, but after careful consideration and feedback from our attendees, we feel that the new name better reflects the diverse range of professionals who attend our conference. The new dates for 2024 will be January 21 st through January 25 th , 2024 . Contract negotiations with Big Sky Resort are in progress with emphasis on more affordable housing. More information will be posted on this website as it becomes available.
